- Develop a structured export Marketing & Brand strategy to ensure a successful launch of GoReport in the UK in Q1-2012
- Articulate a tactical launch plan for Q1-2012
- Analysis: research sector of Built Environment / surveyors in UK/Ireland, North America, Gulf countries, South Africa, Australia/NZ and some Asian countries) + direct and indirect competitors (map out their positioning and value proposition), assess product roadmap, pricing, distribution channels for their effectiveness with target audience (SMEs) and customer service
- Planning: develop positioning and messages for GoReport, propose pricing model, distribution channels, communication objectives & campaign, select promo channels (on- and offline)
- Action: edit, validate with client and finalise export marketing & branding plan
- Full export marketing & brand plan developed and delivered in Q3-2011 for implementation in Q1-2012
- Seed funding secured on the back of our plan and in-time to roll out beta launch in Q1-2012
- First customers signed up in Q3-2012 and virgin revenue in Q4-2012
